Privacy Policy

• Identity: name, PAN, Aadhaar number, date of birth.
• Contact: email, mobile number, address.
• Financial / tax data (sensitive): salary and income details, Form 16, AIS, Form 26AS, prefilled JSON, deductions, bank account number and IFSC.
• Income-tax portal credentials: if you choose auto-fetch, we use your portal credentials solely to retrieve your documents from the Income Tax portal on your behalf; they are used for that fetch and are not stored afterward.
• Payment data: processed by Razorpay; we do not store your full card/bank credentials.
• Usage / device data: IP, approximate location, device/browser, and analytics.

To prepare, compute and file your returns; auto-fetch your documents; route complex returns to CA Partners (with your consent); process payments; provide support; send service communications; and meet legal/tax obligations.

We process your data based on the consent you give when you use the Platform and to provide the service you request.

We share data only as needed:

• the Income Tax Department / e-filing portal to file your return;
• CA Partners for returns you ask us to route to them;
• Razorpay for payments and communication providers for OTP/notifications;
• cloud/hosting providers that store data securely on our behalf;
• where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

We retain your data only as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations (tax records are generally required to be kept for several years), after which we delete or anonymize it. You may request deletion (subject to legal retention requirements).

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards (encryption in transit, access controls) to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure; you also help by keeping your credentials confidential.

Subject to law, you can access, correct, or request deletion of your data, withdraw consent, and raise grievances. Contact our Grievance Officer (see Contact & Grievance).

The Platform is not intended for anyone under 18.

We use cookies and analytics to operate and improve the Platform.
